Clubman crossed my mind but the top tube cable guides don't look right (for any Raleigh I could think of). What's the frame number?

I'm not sure, but I don't think the forks look "right" with the frame?
I could be completely wrong, but the lug style suggests a different decade for the frame and forks (forks older?)

Please feel free to ignore/shoot me down in flames

I have a Raleigh which I bought in the Netherlands in 1981 and it looks to be a similar frame as the red bike on the stand (ie lugs, head crown, seat stay cluster, 5/8 seat stays, drop outs, and with a W frame #). On the receipt it was described as an R100 / Raleigh Record Ace. I bought it after I'd sold my racing stuff and was just looking for an OK bike to ride in the evenings. The shop also had bikes in Gazelle colours and at the time they reckoned the frames were the same - just different colours. But when I've looked R100 and Record Ace seem to be different framesets. If you found out any more info - very interested!
