Does anyone know a good route from Croydon To Catford ?

Been cycling daily from sidcup to Croydon via beckingham does anyone know a good route to avoid traffic I cycling from Sidcup, Grove Park, Downham, Catford, then Beckingham hill through Beckingham does anyone know a quicker more direct route. Tried Bromley to many hills.

I don't know if it's any help, but I once got trapped in an NCP car park in Catford. I was telling my boss afterwards that I got trapped 'up at Catford' and he replied, 'dear boy, people only go DOWN to Catford'.

Unfortunately which ever way you go you are going to come up against hills. SE London is a more hillier place then people think.

If you go further south then you hit Bickley and Chiselhurst Hills.
I think the route you currently take is the best one
You could always go via Sevenoaks Way, A21 to Lockbottom, then the A232 all the way to Croydon. It's a bit out of the way but only has a couple of uphill drags.
