Chicken Cycles have Tifosi headsets for the CK3/7 here (2nd item down). They are 'Campag fit' with 45/45 degree bearings so any 45/45 integrated headset would be fine.
A bike which requires a standard headset will usually have a headtube that is just a tube, whereas a bike frame needing an integrated will have machined cups in each end of the head tube. But then there are different types of integrated headsets, so that gets even more complicated. I only know my Ribbles need a 45/45 headset because that is what they cam fitted with and the top cap says so.
