Yes, that was a perfect example of how our media is pro-motorist and anti-cyclist. Our so-called 'cycling advocacy' organisations do little about this behaviour. Car driver needs some re-education, I suspect she is still thinking in terms of 40 years ago, and needs to be brought up to speed on what the highway code is, what a road is, and the latest guidance on how to cycle safely.

From looking on the video I too would like to know what the road/traffic designer was thinking there?
