Indeed it is but I don't understand how she could have been there that long. Its a light junction so you can set off on green no problem, no hesitation of a non lighted junction. So I think she was just having a god because they were in front getting to the junction and she could get in front. Or simple she thinks they should be in the cycle lane. I doubt that 20mins is correct. Not the first person to exaggerate .

Imagine there had been a lot more children, and each one was in their own parents' car. Imagine that queue!! That'll hurt her ten times as much, but she'd ignore the problem and just moan quietly about the traffic instead of ranting and raving at small children.
