"More than 140 Kenyan athletes have been suspended or banned by the AIU since 2017."

(very few suspensions are >9 years)

I don’t think I’ve seen anybody using in years in public. I used come across patients using when I worked in mental health.
Mind the places I hang out these days, they are probably nipping out to smoke thir pipes or share the chewing tobacco.😏

Went to Royal Ascot about 15 years ago and went in the toilets. All the cubicles were full of city boys snorting to the point that others just had to do it at the sinks in front of everyone. It was like walking into a cliche!
