The Daily Fail has left me confused - was it a Sportive or a Race?

I was so enraged at a huge number of comments from the Daily Heil fascists I wanted to go to where it was printed and thread razor blades into the very fabric of the pages. Is that SO wrong?

Anyway, to prevent my blood reaching boiling point, I simply switched to a more favourable source. http://road.cc/content/news/131686-rider-punctures-80kph-saboteurs-target-valleys-velo-sportive

I was so outraged I trolled the comments:

My alsatian's paw got infected by a piece of metal someone left in the road. His blood got infected and it was kinder to put him down. He was my best friend for 12 years. We need to catch the monster who did this.

The level of abstract monstrous stupidity to purposefully paint them black and leave them out there knowing you could be endangering lives?! My only good conclusion is maybe a local bike shop may have made a good few pennies out of the repairs.

You know what, i wish the person, or persons who did this the very best of luck because the kind of Karma that will come after them for this is unreal!

I don't understand their mindset but clearly they are just cowards.

This happened on the Northern Rock Cyclone 3 years ago... caught out families and faster roadies. what strange twisted minds some people have.
Where was that then? I wasn't aware, and I've done it for 7 years on the trot (well, on the bike, but you know what I mean)

Just coming down to the A696 roundabout returning down from Black Callerton- it was carpet tacks, reported in the Journal but can't find the link.
