A few weeks ago Tesco had Robinsons fruit and barley drink at half price. I usually just by their cheapest to flavour my water, but thought I would give this stuff a go. First time I used it I climbed a couple of hills so much easier than usual. I thought it a coincidence, but now I have been using it for several rides I am convinced that the drink hydrates me and gives an energy boost. If it is all in the mind, and I am open to be corrected, my mind is certainly doing my legs good!
