I sent a video into a company thanking their car transporter driver for his considerate driving. They traced the driver and he won a quarterly customer service award for showing the company in a good light
. I also make a point of emailing the local bus company when their drivers are considerate. It's a pity their customer service team take about a month to reply to the emails though!
