As has been said before theres good and bad on both sides, these two had a total disregard for there own safety, but that also puts others at risks

summerdays said:It is only a starting point for civil responsibility - if the cyclist is in the wrong - for example jumped red lights then the motorist isn't responsible as far as I gather.
