I don't know whether to be sad or glad, really. I had an appointment in Hull for 10.00 which meant having to get up early to get there, which I did, but it meant no run this morning. Had breakfast, loaded the car then for some reason (good job I did), checked the diary only to discover the Hull trip is for tomorrow! Today it's Middlesbrough at 2pm so I could have run after all but can't now for three hours after I've eaten! And I've got to repeat this process tomorrow when I do have to go to Hull. It's a bleedin' lark, innit guv'nor, and no mistake!

Why can't you run for three hours after you've eaten Paul? One hour's usually enough for me.

Indigestion and nausea. I can't even eat, say, a banana on the bike stage of a duathlon because of the upcoming run. It always amazes me that people can and I envy them but it's something I can't do.
