Dunking biscuits?

All this talk about chai made me really fancy one.

So made me one.

Half full-cream milk, half just-boiled water, into a saucepan with a good quality tea bag, two crushed cardamom pods, a clove, a piece of cassia bark, some nutmeg and a splash of proper vanilla extract. Simmer until strong and creamy, then sweeten to taste, strain into a mug et voila!
