Well, it's been a little battle getting back up and going after a month-long sickness. Got the ok from the doctor to start riding again last week and got out on the trails three times. But I was really looking forward to getting back on the road bike and went out for a nice tad under 30 miles. The temp was nice, and I threw in a bunch of climbs to help the legs get loose. Can't wait to get my milage back up and log more miles in the weeks to come.
