Dutch Road Design Question

Wonder if uncontrolled (no traffic lights) slip roads are found in Dutch road infrastructure at all?

Yes, close to where my sister lives in Houten (close to Utrecht) there are several slip-road crossings without any lights. The Dutch rely on drivers being far more observant, considerate and law abiding than they (generally) are in the UK

Yes, not at all uncommon. The slip road often continues as a normal lane, sometimes for a couple of hundred metres, sometime for several kilometres.
