Good idea just a lot of pharmacies don't offer the service.
I'm suppose it depends where you live, but I was given them on the NHS. It took 2 attempts and I'm very grateful as without them I would almost certainly still be smoking.

A couple of Bensons will cure that.
Modern technology!

We're all different, that's why there are loads of different types of products on the market. For me, nicotine replacement was like feeding buns to an elephant and was no help whatsoever. I'm glad you managet to find whatever worked for you.

I don't think I could ever have stopped smoking without my ecig. I tried everything else, even wearing the strongest available patch while smoking 20-30 a day as normal!

I would hate to smoke again. I sometimes still feel like the real thing but I wouldn't. I cannot stand the smell of cigarettes any more.

I have a real Cuban cigar in a metal tube given to me as a souveneir last year by a friend who visited Cuba. I like to open the tube sometimes and sniff the very nice smelling tobacco but I am not remotely interested in lighting it up. I might light it when I'm on my deathbed!

Giving up is for quitters.

Man up and keep puffing the real thing.
I don't quit , no will power to stop something. I started not smoking . And have no willpower to stop not smoking

I'm a bit of an oddity really, wouldn't entertain smoking normally but maybe 3 or 4 times a year I can quite happily smoke 10+ cigs during a night out.

Would love to give up the booze as well, as someone further up said it's really just a crutch to deal with work stress. Ruined plenty of Sundays due to a hangover..

I still do, just at greatly reduced nicotine strength and wattage. Intend giving it up completely in the next few months.

That's my longer term plan. 15 days now. (I had 2 drags (literally) on a proper fag after a few pints on Saturday night but I'm not counting that)! I'm currently on 9mg and have just ordered some 6mg liquid. I'm beginning to suffer less side effects as well, so fingers crossed.

Worked for us after many many years of smoking- keep at it -I found I liked the fruit flavoured vapes better than nicotine and for 6 years now not touched it or an email cigarette either hope it works for you
