In late 2019, I purchased a Giant Escape 0, with EasyRide "tubeless" tyres, fitted as standard.

Since then, I have been happily riding around with a tubeless puncture repair kit, and, just in case, a spare inner tube, plus pump of course.

Today, disaster struck, a puncture. which was too large for the sealant to seal, and, too large to repair with a plug.

I then find, the "EasyRide Tubeless" system is not in fact tubeless, it has an "integrated tube". So, I was unable to fit the spare "emergency tube". I suppose, if I had just happened to include a Stanley knife, in my tool kit, I could have cut out the integrated tube. ;)

Long walk home.

Two tyres and tubes ordered, I not going to be caught out like that again.

What a useless system!

Be warned.

So it's like a wire-beaded, tubeless, tubular tyre with a tube? Got it.

Yes, that is about it. I can see absolutely no practice advantage over a “normal” tubeless tyre, and the only advantage over a tubed tyre is that small punctures self seal. But, the “cost” is extra tools and maintenance, plus the problem of a puncture not big enough to destroy tyre, but, too big to plug.
