I've only had fruit today. Had some watermelon, a pear and a bunch of grapes for breakfast.

For lunch I just had some pineapple chunks, a cherry bakewell and a banana split.

May indulge in an apple turnover, pack of fruit salads and a frut pie for dinner.

I've started having fruit salad for dessert a couple of times a week, and have discovered that pineapple is way too strong for me. It tends to dominate the flavour of the whole thing. Watermelon OTOH I can't get enough of.

I carried a banana back and forth in my bag to work for 2 days this week as I never got 5 mins to eat it.

fruit is great for you bananas are high in potasium

i'm about to eat 2 bananas and a lemon oh after ive eaten my salt and vinegar crisps ;)

I only eat fruit in the morning, I'm not a fruit person. Tend to carry nuts and seeds and dried berry type stuff to snack on if I'm hungry and trying to lay off the calories. Gives me an appetite to peck at threads then.

I assumed nuts were quite high in calories?

They are but because they are also high in protein, you only need a small amount to fill you up - is the theory.

Tesco sell little bags of nuts and seeds and dried fruit. I just to used to buy a few, mix 'em up in an old humus pot and that would last me 3 or 4 days in work and stop me rattling the chocolate machine.

Much as I like the taste of Strawberries I can't eat them as they feed my Gout like a forrest fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The water that potatoes have been boiled in is a old folk cure for gout, which apparently works well, Keith. I've had gout - agonising.

For 2 days I'm stuck in a shop, alone for the most part, and I keep eating out of boredom. As I'm trying to lose a few pounds I eat fruit.
Yesterday I had 4 bananas, 4 apples and 2 oranges.
Today, so far, I've had 2 apples and 2 bananas.
Is that too much or okay? Is it possible to eat too much fruit?

I'm gagging for a packet of crisps really:blush:

... or indeed a kebab or big Mac ?

How's that only fruit? Did you really mean fruit, lard and flour?

Corrected ;)

Programmatically, you are incorrect.

The != compound symbol is a binary comparator rather than a unary operator.

The correct unary operator in this situation is the bitwise ~ operator.

Therefore, the correct expression is high_fibre = ~constipation
