I had one of those as my first bike when I got in to cycling. It didn’t have bar tape just some sort of foam stuff which looks like that bike still has. The brake levers screwed in to the handlebars rather than having collars.

Zeus framesets from the original factory were often stamped on the BB and steerer tube with matching numbers (mine is)..

I don't know if the practice continued after the demise of the company (and closure of the factory) in the late '80s when Orbea bought the brand name, but I'd certainly start by checking those places first if I wanted to find out...
