Appalling DIY paintjob aside - those forks look a bit sus to me (perhaps it's just the camera angle) on the Welshpool Galaxy.

Agreed. It's hand-painted, including the wheels, badly. I'd suggest by a non-cyclist? I'd not paint wheels unless they were scrap.
