Ended at £32 which I think is a good price did you @DCLane ?
Seemed very cheap for a 1950's bike @biggs682. But then the market's collapsed currently. I didn't bid as my only purpose would have been as parts.
I do have a heads-up on a 1950's 23" Ellis Briggs fixed-gear bike that someone's getting to pass on ...
@biggs682 - that's a child's 18" wheel Kingpin, rather than the adult one.
Your one looks smart
I'm inclined to think the other one is a normal sized KP. I suspect they did the same as Raleigh, ie raiding the parts bins and having various iterations over the years. Raleigh did a smaller version of their Shopper called a 'Denim', but not aware Dawes did the same. Happy to be corrected.
Sunday morning finds
A Grantham 531 Raleigh and I can't remember what model it is

Had a reply tyres are 500 x 37 so if I remember rightly that's one of 20" sizes ?
I'm wrong then. It's the larger 440 20" wheel rather than the smaller 406 20" or 18".
Given mine sold for just £30 it may be a tad over-priced?
It's hard work selling bikes .

Claud Butler looks like an old bilaminate frame with the tangs in the dropouts still intact. Top job in its a day
