If he didn't get any bids and it remains at 99p plus a £15 surcharge I'd still be tempted subject to a careful inspection of the frame. I have been looking for a project road bike frame for ages but they all sell for silly money now.

Could be some kid ...selling his dads first road bike frame (pride joy) whilst his dad is on holiday (and his mums bike to) Its obverse he does nt know how ebay works !!

Despite my initial thought to take a chance, sense prevailed and I decided not to bother. In the end it just didn't feel right, there was something very odd going on.

I see it didn't sell and he has relisted it.
