My wife has an Electra Loft e-bike ( by Trek ) and it’s scary how attached she has become to the little beast.
70km range, hub drive, so not too costly. Build quality is decent and with Trek behind it you should be able to get parts and service should you need it. My wife is a bit of a shorty and has no trouble with the size of it. A lot of people like to put hub drives down, but I find a good hub drive is a better e-bike for if you don’t always use the motor, as the hub drive drag a lot less when not in use. Some mid drives are all but useless as a bicycle unless the motor is on, they drag that badly when off. Test drive what you are thinking of buying and be sure to try it with the motor both on and off.
I would recommend a brand name bike, whatever you buy. A lot of off brands are nicely priced and even nicely made but good luck getting parts or service if it goes wrong.
brand name stuff seems a little less likely to go up in smoke as well.
