Element routes

Hey all.
I want to delete 17 old routes from my bolt. After removing them from the file on pc and re-syncing they’re still on my device.


What’s the solution?

Edit:- I've found a long way around of doing it. If the ride is from ride with gps, go unattached it there, if it's from strava go unattached it there etc.

Do you mean rides you’ve ridden or routes you’ve planned via RWGPS or similar?
I find that it’s easier to work with the phone app than PC

The wahoo ones must go

On the iPhone app, it’s Ride, Route, edit and tap the ‘no entry’ icon.
That should delete them on the Elemnt.

No edit option. Maybe not paired up correctly?

I had the Edit option earlier, but now (thanks to this post) I’ve deleted the two old Wahoo routes that were hanging around.
I now have no Edit option, just my RWGPS and a Strava Route.
That’s how you do it though.
Is Bluetooth switched on and Elemnt connected and synced?

Yeah the two Wahoo routes in the picture are stuck in there. I have re-installed the app on iphone. Maybe a full device re-set would be needed. Not sure it's worth it for two rides though.

I can delete the rides in 'Results'.

I would have thought that you could only delete a ‘result’ if you’d actually ridden it, but, heyho, if it worked, that’ll do

I don't think it clears the map out of the routes still. It's the only part with a delete. Ohhh well.

I get some routes are been synced from Ride with GPS and some from Strava. I don't get where the wahoo source is coming from.

Mail their support team. They’re very good, and reply within hours, bearing in mind they’re on US time.

Factory reset. Took a few mins. All sorted!
