Elrctric rotary tooth brushes.....so many choices.

My dentist has recommended a rotary tooth brush as I have a build up of plaque.
OralB have a good reputation but prices go from £20ish to £50ish.
While shopping in Home bargains they were selling brand X for £2.50 .....so I took a punt on it.
Just tried it and was suitably impressed though tbf I cant compare it.
I dont think the head is replaceable but for that price !

I’ve used the basic Oral B electric brushes for years. I’m not convinced the pricier ones are

The cheap Wisdom one i got from HomeBargains is effective, cheap as in £2.99.
Its got replaceable batteries so if I upgrade maybe I'll go rechargeable.

I'm happy with a Philips Sonicare and bootleg head replacements. It's way better than my old cheapie Oral B.

The bit I like about my Sonicare is the time indicator.
There is a little buzz every 20 seconds, so you be sure you have brushed for the full two minutes and each surface has had its share of brushing.
