After watching the CADE media video about Elves the Chinese bike manufacturers. I thought I would give it a go (CADE is not legaly or morally responsible BTW). Its a completely online bespoke experience, so having established that the registered office is a bungalow in Southhampton, I started an email conversation with a guy who is apparently on a island in the south pacific .
I ended up paying a deposit (using a credit card). A week on I got a notification of an unpaid invoice (from a company in Blackpool). I questioned this and was told its all fine - just ignore it. I have had the same notice twice more.
I not really worried about the bike - It seems like a respectable company. Or the money - Lenders in the UK take responciblity. I'm just bugged about the invoices. Thought Zero was suposed to be simple. Has anyone else had this problem?
