I am intrigued as to know what her defence will be. Is she claiming that she didn't think she had hit anyone? Then why tweet about hitting someone? When I have driven somewhere I don't tweet "Definitely knocked a cyclist off his bike earlier" when I don't think I have. If she only "nearly hit" a cyclist so close as to make him fall off isn't that careless driving anyway?
