Glad to be of help, your comments did make me laugh Steve, especially about the cook book - that's the last thing you would want believe me. I do agree about the weight of the printouts though. I could not believe how much paperwork there was with the maps and list of campsites along my route. It would be so much easier if you have a good GPS with your routes all loaded on along with campsites. I did have a Garmin E Trex 20, but did not have the routes loaded on as could not get them to work on my computer (it's very old unfortunately), I just used it when I got myself lost (usually in urban areas where maps are not much use) where I could locate my position and get myself back on track again. This is where I found following cycle routes good as it always seemed easier to follow the cycle route signs rather than navigate your own way through small villages, though I presume it would be easy enough if you stayed on main roads. Cycle routes through cities are also great as long as you know exactly the NCR number you are following.
