Endura Clothing - Outstanding Company

I had a lightweight endura jacket which was great quality, great value for money, good fit.
This jacket rolled up into a bag to fit in a jersey pocket.
Unfortunately through my own stupidity I lost it.
Searching for a replacement in my size was harder than I thought so I contacted Endura and informed them of what had happened.
As I am able to prove I purchased the origional jacket, they took the opportunity to support their customer and have sent me a new one free of charge. Rather than profiting from my mistake. How cooI that.

This kind of attitude makes me a loyal customer and promoter of their business. Thanks Endura.

Yeah but on the other hand, and for the sake of balance, the velcro patch on the back pocket of my Endura shorts is starting to come ever so slightly loose.

I bought one of their jackets. Being a bit of a fair-weather cyclist, I did not use it much, but went to wear it beyond its warranty period and the main zip broke. I phoned Endura and a nice woman told me that they had experienced problems with a batch of faulty zips and told me to send the jacket back for a 'post mortem' and they would send me a new one, which they did! That has been used for years without any further problems.

Good to hear stories like this. People are normally quick to jump onto forums when they have bad service, but all too often forget to post about good service.
Looking to buy another pair of bib shorts, so might look at what Endura have to offer

I have a snuggly Endura soft shell jacket, and just bought a lightweight shower proof gillet from Endura so this is good to know.

I have a few bits of Endura clothing, mainly club kit. It's all very good quality, my only criticism is that they are never on time with club orders. Generally 6-8 weeks late!
