Cycling Excusiast
Water bottle. Multitool. Sports nutrition sample pack. Specialised socks. All in a cotton shopping bag with the slogan: "Yes, I ride like a girl, try to keep up."
There were drinks and nibbles too.
The "arseommeter" for measuring saddle size was very popular!
Good haul of goodies and love the slogan!

(too late but ... )

I thought it was a waste of time. Speakers were very brief and not very helpful. Maintenance talk was "if you have a problem with your bike, bring it in". Training was "we run women's only training sessions in Box Hill" from a company that charged for it.

Oh, and my water bottle in my goody bag, didn't work. Which I guess is useful as I won't buy any fwe* products again.

*which, until that night I thought the company name was "five"

I expect women who've cycled over 1000km in under a week aren't the target audience
