Having looked at all the options of getting my Giant TCR usable for me - my lovely LBS have advised that it would cost so much to make the changes that it isn't worth it. The combination of its set up and my dodgy back and small hands just don't work together. So the conclusion was that I will have to sell it (which I was originally rather upset about). Then n+1 kicked in. Although technically n-1 + n+1 = n, as far as I'm concerned, I'm going to be shopping for a new bike

What are you looking at, get the LBS to suggest bikes, get them in and let you have proper tests

Errrm, as far as I'm concerned, n-1 + n+1 = 2n. In the expectation that n>1, have fun, and max out the plastic!

New groupset and loads of other stuff. ie throwing another £4-500 at it. And our lbs owner is a very old friend and he would much rather be able to help

Looking at getting Ribble to custom build one. Once the TCR is sold I can do the balance on the cycle to work scheme
