Our son has just rang,he and his gf have had their offer accepted.A terrace house in Swinton Manchester.No more renting and it looks like mortgage could be less than his rent at the moment.Postman might be doing a bit of decorating in the next few weeks/months.

He rang and said i have bad news and good news,my gut dropped,they have been unlucky with a few bids.So i said go on what is the bad news.He said we have to start packing good news we got the house.It brought a big smile to my face.Today and i have been told off by Mrs P. I have ideas for their little paved back yard.A few slabs up and low lying no looking after plants and also paint the stucco white yard walls terracotta giving it a Med feeling,i love the colours in Menorca.Mind you we are talking Manchester Lancashire here the City of rain.
