Have you swapped the pedals after un-boxing it? Could have sworn that was a Lyotard MB Platform poking through the cardboard.

Yeah the seller never mentioned about one of them not having the platform attached :angry:

Where did you come by that? The shop's still open by the way i use it now and again

it was on flea bay

I have contacted the shop and need to order some decals for it , would you know if the shop is owned by the same family ?

I think the original Mr Russell sadly passed away a few years ago .

Pulled the forks out last night and left the headset bearings soaking in paraffin , so they would be nice and clean this morning for re assembly .

Thought i had better use red grease on this one , seeing as its a red bike !!

Some nice fork crown detail that was hidden by the fr caliper .

Removed the old bar tape and flipped the bars and swapped the stem for a slightly longer one , its getting there slowly .

It's coming on, I'd be a bit worried about slipping off those bars though.
