Facebook Group help please...

I've set up a Facebook group that will be secret and limited to invited members only, or members I add.

I have two people (who happen to be D1 & D2 living in Canada) who, when ever I try to add them are rejected by the system.

It's a Travelogue Group for an up coming trip, we've done it before with no issues but for some reason it will not add my kids to the group...

Not really a Watts app sort of thing.

I can’t advise on Facebook but set up a locked Twitter account and only allow D1 and D2 to join. I have this with my son and his partner and my spouse.

Would it work if, instead of you adding them, they applied to join the group? 🤔

Make the group public, add them, then make group private.

I have a smart television, only it is becoming dumber by the day!

Its Eurosport Player app died a couple of years ago*** (no longer supported on old Samsungs). I went to use iPlayer this morning and that has packed up now, though an update is supposed to be coming along to fix that.

I wouldn't use FB for personal purposes but may have to start using it for business in the coming year.



*** PS Ooh, I will be getting a Chromecast for Christmas so I will be able to stop watching EP on my laptop and cast it across to the TV instead!
