Hi and :welcome: @Wetdog

I hope the bike fitting went okay. The advice I usually give which @Pat "5mph" mentions will give you a good starter set up but getting it properly fitted is better so I won't bore everyone by repeating it again here. When it's right you are unlikely to be able to just put a foot down when seated so the trick is to transfer your weight onto the pedals and step down as you come to a halt. Really easy.:thumbsup:

Yeah it went well, a few tweaks here and there. My basic set up wasn't fora off correct.
The bike feels better to ride now, not a big difference but enough. The farm is a little big, and apparently I need a shorter stem according to Phil, our Maude though disagrees ;-)
