I always take a custardy dessert in Tupperware for the longer rides and make sure I balance it on a rural gateway whilst i eat it.
There's nothing like pudding on the style.

got to be with cranberries on the side though!

The Blaeberry version is brilliant too ... Heidelbeerschmarrn (or Mostbeerschmarrn depending on where exactly you are)
