+ Tabasco sauce gets chucked in most things when I'm cooking...and when the wife's not looking!!

Green pepper Tabasco sauce......nice on crisps and salads. It's not very easy to find in the UK though. So far I've only been able to get it in Waitrose.

The best hot pepper sauce I have ever tasted was called Windmill (millers) hot sauce and it comes from Jamaica. An old West Indian I used to work with bought it back after one of his trips home. Beat Encona hands down.

Not strictly a sauce but Branston Pickle is something I enjoy on many things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd second that. I gave it a go after seeing Levi Roots on Dragons' Den and really like it.

Ketchup or Tartare Sauce. The latter goes particularly well with a fish finger sandwich.
