Sorry, yes it is Green Wing. There was also some years ago a similar medical series with wassername from Cold Feet, Helen Baxendale in it which I enjoyed immensely. A bit darker than Green Wing. Cardiac Arrest? Only got one series I think.

An overweight work-shy alcoholic accountant. I don't see the similarity myself but the nickname seems to have stuck. Even the kids call me Norm, sometimes.
