As a French Horn player in a former life, Black Beauty was pretty good. As was Dallas and the BBC's Marathon (Actually theme tune to the film The Trap by Ron Goodwin).

Of course, when it comes to Sports themes, and there are many - nothing beats The Chain for BBC's F1.
