Yep,
worse accident I have had in recent years (Broken rib and sprained wrist), was on a shared cycle/pedestrian path in a park.

Not me.I think the last two minor accidents in the last three years have been chain related.

This was the location, I fell off. I consider this part as safest of my journey. Cycle route is clearly separate.

Hope you get better soon, and your elbow heals faster than mine. Mine wasn't cast, which I thought would be a good thing, but 8 weeks on and it's still not very good. Can't straighten it or do any heavy lifting/pushing with it.

I know that where that cycle lane is, and I actually avoid it. It goes the wrong way down a one way street, so people walking out will just look in the direction of the traffic, I guess this is what the delivery driver did. The cycle lane also stops half way along and you need to cross over the road down a side road. I prefer to turn left before that road, and take the same route as drivers.

Have you had x-ray taken of yours ? Because, in my case A & E people gone from simple fracture to serious fracture at elbow that may require operation to simple fracture again. And kept me in for 48 hrs. So will come to know about recovery after 4-5 weeks.

I wish for your full recovery, too.

He's right about peds looking the wrong way...but that's normal on a street like that. There's a street like that where the OXO tower is.Peds are normally pretty good round there though.
