Felt Like A Spring Morning

More pleasing though the lighter mornings and nights after the last cople of months we could be forgiven for thinking its summer

I'm looking forward to getting home in the light some time in the next couple of weeks or so.
There are still a few rapidly diminishing piles of snow around here- the paths are clear at last though.

Summer's not that far away - the first swallows have been spotted heading our way from Africa over Gibraltar (12 on the 6th and a few more since). I'm off there to hopefully see a few more come in off the Straights in a couple of weeks

Minus 16 last week, too hot in a jacket today.

If your throat head and hands are wrapped I reckon you could cycle in shorts down to freezing.

This morning was definitely a Spring morning. SS top, shorts and mitts. No Lelly though as the roads were still wet when I set off.

Forecast to be a cold Monday but then getting warmer throughout the week up to +16 by next Friday.
