Fettling is a dangerous business!

Sounds nasty.

My mate nearly ripped his little finger off playing rugby last week. He tapes up the three fingers (except little one) due to them being smashed up. Caught the ball awkwardly, and it went between strapped fingers and little one, ripped in nearly off. 20 odd stitches to re attach.

I can sympathise with that.......drugged up to the eyeballs I am. It really does hurt! My LBS will be doing all my fettling in future to be sure. I'm fed up too coz I haven't been out for a couple of days now and getting pretty teed of with my own company. Everyone I know is at work during the day and at night they're too busy with family committments to call round.......BIG sighhhhhhhh

Hope your mate gets sorted out. I guess he'll be missing quite a few games now.

Tried it out today on a 'silly' person who wanted to argue with me over something & nothing and they were getting on my nerves ......... you were right!..........they didn't notice!

We went round last Friday to his house. Been good friends years ago, I helped him out professionally, but we had to call it a day on the professional stuff - i.e. I won't do it, and you need to sort stuff - or we fall out.. - he sorted it on his own.
