    What a ride, amazing Descent into nice and he just never gave up. Really pleased to see him get the stage. Well deserved

    I watched the last stage today, makes me want to get out on the road. That commentators 'excited' voice is tres ennoying.

    :biggrin: This edition of the Paris-Nice, probably the best in recent years. Sorry to labour the point, has anyone noticed the large time gaps between individuals and groups at the finish of each stage, this has not been so pronounced before. Wonder what the reason is? :biggrin:

    It's because some are faster than the others.

    Its because a lot of the riders in races will not win, so don't really race to the line.

    I know what you're implying gf, you cynic! It's possible thaqt the reason is just that as an early season stage race that thre riders not in contention might not want to bust a gut.
