I managed to do my first 30 mile ride of the new year to day. Me and the brother in-law went out this morning with the intention of only doing around 16 miles but with the weather being half decent we ended up doing 30 miles. We didn't ride fast though because he's got an ongoing chest problem that the doctors can't seem to diagnose ,and if he pushes it to hard it can leave him in agony. None the less though it was a great ride out and can't wait for the next one.
It's so nice to now feel in a better place and frame of mind than I did this time last year. :-)
