First Boris Bike Fatality...

This may have already been posted elsewhere, but this is terribly sad news:

This, on the day I was riding a Boris Bike for the first time.
I must admit, the roads are pretty busy down there and it must be very intimidating if you're not used to cycling in traffic. Very sad news.

Sadly already with infamy.

Yes, I don't think this is really the first Barclay Bike fatality: it's the 3rd Barclay Superhighway fatality (or have there been others?)

My condolences to the woman's family.

The CS2 was the direct option on my commute before we moved offices...
It was not a very nice route in places and I tended to avoid it in favour of the CS3 (where I could).

I have always thought the CS2 route to be poorly thought out and it really doesn't help when white lines just disappear or other vechiles are allowed to use it as a car park...
