first order from wiggle

I had the same problem last week but Yodel lost my order.I just used the time to do a bit of diy and clean the bikes and i had cc to keep me company

Dpd are truly awful. Problems every time. Royal mail free 4 day delivery always arrives in maybe 2 days with text alerts and tracking.

My local Yodel depot is good, really good. Perhaps it's because the depot manager is my nephew...I do not know how other Yodel customers fare though...but I get really good service..

Never had a problem with wiggle, usually make an order monthly or so. I always go for collect+ though, two reasons, one I don't have to wait in, two I don't necessarily want my wife to know I've had yet another order of bits, she asks awkward questions, like, how much.

Royal Mail once left a package with a neighbor opposite, without leaving me a note to say so.
The tracking said delivered, so i was chasing royal mail all day to see what the hell was going on, only then for 'Stan' to amble over a few hours later with my package.

Few of my cycling mates have said they have had problems with delivery since wiggle have taken CRC over but still orginal order saying despatched just got to wait for 6pm tonight to get bew order so i can track it

The only problem I had with Wiggle was that, for a couple of orders, they forget to put in my Haribo!

Well it seems like wiggle have f@#ked me over as i was suppossed to have a replacement order number at 6pm tonight still nothing on my orders so i can't track it. I highly doubt its been dispatched.

Wish i had that option but it automatically used DPD

DPD text/email you with the option of leaving the parcel with a neighbour or in a designated 'safe place' - under the carport does it for us.
