Cycling up to London Bridge from Clapham at about 22:00 last night, the bit of road had two lanes and just as I go past some parked cars the car in the lane on my right changes lanes straight into me without indicating. Luckily I managed to stay on and was essentially cycling whilst leaning on the car as I turned out of his way.
He did say he was sorry and I discovered that given I'd just been playing rugby for an hour I must of used up all of my aggression reserves as I couldn't even bring myself to get annoyed. Just said "It was an accident but check before you change lanes next time". Any other time of the week I'd have been apoplectic, just goes to show how much organised violence can take it out of you!
And then my right gear shifter broke 2 miles later. Won't change up the rear derailleur. Now that made me annoyed. Going to have to drop it into the shop on the way home and take the bus tomorrow

How much does it cost to Oldham?
Dunno if i'm getting old or not but I was in Rundown the other day- Sod riding in that. Cyclists EVERYWHERE! Cars EVERYWHERE! Peds EVERYWHERE! Proper eyes-in-the-back-of-your-head tackle. You can keep it.

I've been expecting one here for a while; the one way entrance to a carpark on the left is a bit of a give away. Up untill this morning this was nothing that I would classfy more than ignorant but today a motorcycle hooked me when I was almost in the position of the red car, I had clocked him at the other side of the rbt so was aware of his presence but I have to admit I never expected him to do a move that would have put him at risk (no nice metal cage surrounding him)
