Even the doctor was amazed at my recovery.

Very cautious though this morning as to be expected but loved being back on the bike.

Was glad to be told that cycling will help my knee recover. Couldn't use the singlespeed, haven't the strength in the knee, so I'm on the geared bike for a while.

Shock later as when i last rode home it was light evenings.

well be carefull out there, i think there is some kind of mass doziness taking over drivers as the winter nights make them sink into their cars with heaters and radios on

Take it gently on the knee though, don't make your recovery worse, through overeagerness.

5 weeks owch - glad to be back I bet....
