tuck your base layer into your shorts or for that super look a scarf round your mid riff.

long term bib cycle leggings or ron hill bikesters as the later are cut higher at the back.

Wear 2 t-shirts until you get the bibs: one long sleeved, tuck it in your trousers, the other one short sleeved on top, don't tuck this one in.

Finally ride home only 6 miles pitch Black Country roads really enjoyed it used my MTb 20 odd minutes hope I wake up early so I can ride in!!
