Those stuck up gits in the article want to get a sense of reality! Having to travel 8 miles to shop in their Chelsea tractors to visit their favourite Waitrose how dreadful for them(!) Other countries may suffer earthquakes and floods but that's nothing compared to the suffering of the Tunbridge Wells dahlings!
I recall a similar thing happened in Brecon, the town really wanted a Safeway over Asda as Asda is way too common. Imagine their delight when Safeway was then bought out by Morrisons, the horror!
Cheap crap is cheap for a reason. At least Waitrose have some ethics. My not shopping at ASDA is less snobbery, more protest at their parent, WalMart, who sell guns. Ditto Tesco and their political manouvering and business practices.
