Fab isn’t it!In Tenerife last year we had Sea Bass in a salt crust , like a salt bag really .. with the fish inside, was as good as it gets ..
They call them Stracciovoc but I have no idea what they’re called in English. Not much on them but what there is, is sweet and tender....FF, do I spy Mantis Shrimps???
